TESTPAGE HEVC

This is a testpage for HEVC , a shortening for High Efficiency Video Coding

The purpose is to test the codec, not necessary with the very best looking view but rather to find out how low in speed it is possible to go whilst still maintaning the origin quality as good as possible.

Also be aware of that it all is 720P and if you upscale it to 1080 in your computer to get full view it might look a little soft, 720P is the prefered format for viewings so phones and surfaces might be good hardware for viewing tests.
